I had to put this coat first, because it might just be my favourite pick! I’m a sucker for anything that’s check print! I’ve got so many checked bottoms and coats it’s crazy, but this Pieces belted check coat (£80) is just too nice to not include. I love that it’s oversized, because it means you’ll be able to comfrotably get a nice thick jumper underneath as well. My one worry would be that it would look a tad too long, just because I’m so short, but I guess the only way to find out is to get it and try it on, right?! I’ve also slowly been finding more and more leopard print in my wardrobe, which is strange considering that I’ve never really been a fan of it. I’m loving this Daisy Street Leopard print coat (£49.99), it looks so nice and snuggly, I could see myself wearing this all the time! I love the hood and it looks like it would be roomy, I think this might have to be another one I add to the collection, especially because I think it’s a really good price.
I’ve wanted one of these teddy-bear style coats for the longest time, and this New Look one (£39.99) looks lovely and I’m really into the colour. I think I would definitely have to try this on, because I tried a few of this style last year are found that on most of them the sleeves were either too short or much too long, fingers crossed this might be the one! Here we go with the check again, I honestly can’t help myself I’m telling you. This ASOS prince of walkes granddad coat (£60) may not look like the warmest coat, but it does look mighty fine. I think this is definietly a slighty less practical coat, but I think if you teemed it with a nice thick jumper and scarf, you’d probably get away with wearing it as we go into winter.
This definitely shouldn’t count as a coat, mainly because it’s not a coat, but this is my post so I can do what I want. This Monki checked blazer (£50) feels as though it was made for me, I love the size of the check print and I adore the colours. I also like that it seems to be quite long, so I would definitely attempt to wear this with a huge scarf and jumper as it starts to get colder. This is another New Look coat, and to be honest I don’t think you can go that wrong with New Look! And yes you’re right it’s the colour that drew me into this wool overcoat jacket (£49.99). I adore the colour, and I know this would slip into my wardrobe seamlessly, and again, I think this is a pretty good price point!
